Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender except for the parsley.
.5 cup olive oil,
.5 cup lemon juiced,
2 cloves garlic,
1 teaspoon oregano, dried,
1 teaspoon basil, dried,
1 teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon sea salt
Blend on high until very smooth and garlic is totally blended (about 30 seconds in a Vitamix blender).
Add parsley leaves to the blender.
Blend just until parsley is broken up (about 5 seconds).
Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge.
